Trip to Spain... textures and details

So one of the things that I love about traveling is having the freedom to shoot absolutely ANYTHING. Sounds like a simple enough concept, but it's actually something that doesn't happen often for a professional photographer. We always have certain guidelines, or a specific predetermined inspiration. Not that that's a bad thing, especially when the inspiration is a beautiful wedding day and a couple's love story (aww...sniffle, sniffle!)But to have no direction whatsoever and a completely undetermined agenda is an incredibly liberating feeling (not to mention challenging!)My husband and I just got back from a trip to Spain. We hit up Madrid, Toledo, Cordoba, Seville, and Granada... phew! So I definitely took advantage and did A LOT of shooting.Here's a small sample of my shots. I have a thing for textures and details...
